Hey Joe, What on earth is that thing you are flying. Looks like a transformer. Hope you haven't been borrowing things from Area 51. Have fun

Hi Joe
Sorry I did not clearly explain.
The idea is to use your imagination.
I am sure someone with the right tools could actually put scenery at the location, but I am not that talented.
The idea of the missions is like our current ones but instead of flying to an airport you are flying to a location.
Then testing your skill/ bravery and seeing if you can land at or near the location.
How did you find the instructions?
Would you like more of these kind of missions that are not just airport to airport?
If the rest of the AAS management and senior crew could have a go and give feedback it would be great.
Thanks and cheers Wild Man

I plan on trying this flight, but I'm not blessed with a lot of free time lately.

Call came in at 10.00am two bush walkers were in trouble. Calling my copilot we loaded the MD500 with medical supplies but more importantly water. We had their last known position and soon we was on our way turning to course Not far from search area. doing a 2 mile search radius. Bruce [copilot] spots a glint below which looks like sun glare off metal. A closer look and we have the target in sight Getting in as close as we can we get the two walkers into the MD500 and lift off. Bruce takes care of them as I radio ahead we are returnig with the walkers Touchdown at YABA thankfull the rescue went well

Hi Fellows; Wildman, your right, I should have used a little imagination on this one. Don it slows down quite a bit but doesn't hover yet. Bill, nice report...Joe

Hey Bill thanks for flying the mission. How did you find the instructions? What did you think of the concept? It is easy to make this kind of mission all you need to do is edit the .PLN file in notepad by adding the cord's of the departure airport and the destination. They would be better if I could add smoke or something just to mark the exact spot, but I have no idea how to do it. Thanks Bill and Joe I look forward to what the other guys think.
