Hi Hey guys I have been flying heli's for a while but landing is totally demoralizing I allways crash .. no matter what I fly B205 Ag 109 H 500d on and on goes this list. I have trouble slowing the dam things down so I haul the nose up and land tail first nearly every time. I use middle to real settings. Does any one have any ideas that may help. Cheers Z

When you're just learning, avoid the middle to real settings... they just add instability.
Of the 3 choppers you mentioned, the B205 is probably the easiest to fly, next is the H500, and then the A-109, which is typically tough to slow down. The other two are pretty docile as far as FS helicopters go, with the 205 being pretty sluggish in some respects.
Short course... The key on a landing approach is to slow the chopper well ahead of the landing spot if you're moving pretty fast. Keep the helicopter high, so you can set your landing speed at about 40 knots. Hold the landing area in a fixed spot on the windscreen until you're over it, and then add collective to slow your descent.
If you've never tried helicopter flight before, it will take some time to get the hang of it. Practice, practice, practice!

H500 I tail plant every (&^*(%^%&%$#$% time! Only in the last 6 months I got a joystick that twists. Keep the info coming. Cheers Z
