Jordan Moore at Hovercontrol has announced that his new Bell 412 has reached the completion of its functional development, and (hopefully) its release to the public won't be far off. After 2-1/2 years of development, it promises to be an incredibly detailed, dual turbine machine. There's a video Jordan made that steps through an abreviated view of the start-up/shutdown sequence, which is pretty detailed. Look for the "Hovercontrol bell 412 news!" thread on page 8 for the video link (start from page 1 and you'll find many screenshots of the 412 during testing.
Version 1 is supposed to have 5 variants with a number of paint schemes.
I'm droolin' in my shoe, waiting to get my hands on it!
